The official announcement of SK26, marking Sivakarthikeyan<\/span>\u2019s next project, was unveiled on the eve of the actor\u2019s birthday, setting the tone for yet another celebratory phase in his career. The film has been titled Seyon, a name rooted in Tamil tradition and another reference to Lord Murugan, symbolizing youth, valour, and strength. A special celebration video for the project is scheduled to be released tomorrow at 10AM.<\/p>\n

SK26 reunites Sivakarthikeyan with his proven industry-hit production collaborators, RKFI and Turmeric Media, further heightening expectations. The film will be directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, who previously made his directorial debut under Sivakarthikeyan\u2019s banner with Thaai Kizhavi. Taking a significant leap forward, the filmmaker now helms a full-fledged commercial entertainer starring the actor himself.<\/p>\n

Set against a rural backdrop, Seyon is described as a wholesome entertainer designed to appeal to audiences across age groups. The project marks Sivakarthikeyan\u2019s return to a genre that has consistently resonated with viewers, combining rooted storytelling with mass appeal and his trademark all-round performer image.<\/p>\n

The first-look announcement has also confirmed a strong technical team, with music composed by Santhosh Narayanan<\/span>, cinematography by Vivek Vijayakumar, editing by San Lokesh, and art direction handled by RK Nagu.<\/p>\n

Expected to be a quick turnaround project, Seyon is likely to hit theatres in the second half of the year. Following its completion, Sivakarthikeyan will move on to his next ambitious venture: a grand sci-fi entertainer directed by Venkat Prabhu<\/span> and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.<\/p>\n
