Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan opens big at the USA box office, with the film rocking the 2 million mark with just premieres and day one. The film already hit the 1 million mark with its advance booking and premiere sales alone, and has now hit the 2 million mark.
PS1 is now the second highest opener of all time with just Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali ahead of it, the film will be looking at a lifetime gross of 4-5 million in the country. More big days ahead for the film here.
